Booking Terms & Conditions

  • Cancellation Policy. Due to our remote setting we are unable to rely on passing trade, therefore we operate a 14 day cancellation policy. In the event of cancellation out with 14 days your deposit will be refunded. In the event of cancellation within 14 days of arrival the full amount will be charged unless we are able to re-let your room. This does not apply for cancellation due to the ferry or plane being unable to reach Tiree due to adverse weather conditions. For your own peace of mind we recommend that you take out travel insurance to indemnify you for any unforeseen circumstances.
  • Minimum Stay. A minimum stay of two nights applies. Please contact us on 01879 220 675 if you wish to make a business booking for one night.
  • Deposit. A deposit of £50 per room booked is required at time of booking. If booking within 14 days of arrival the full amount is required.Deposits can be made through our secure payment gateway once booking details have been entered. 
  • Check-In. Please check in on arrival to Tiree or by 1.00pm. Later check in is only available if pre arranged or from later ferry/planes.
  • Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement only. Please tell us if you are bringing a dog even if it is to stay in your car!

  • Children can be accommodated in our larger rooms, either on a sofa bed (2 small children) or on a campbed. For large family groups please email info@rockvaletiree.co.uk or phone 01879220675 so we can help you find the most suitable option
